01  Membership

A selective cohort of
serious students.

Membership is by application. We look for students committed to finance and technology.

02  What Membership Means

Substance over signaling.

Members are expected to engage with research, contribute to projects, and treat the work as preparation for industry roles.

We look for two kinds of students: those with strong technical foundations who want to apply that work to financial problems, and those grounded in finance who want to understand the systems being built around them.

The cohort is small. Selection is based on intent, capability, and willingness to do the work alongside the rest of the group.

03  What Members Get

Three things, done seriously.

01

Research Access

Internal research, modeling work, and reading lists curated by leadership.

02

Mentorship

Working relationships with peers and leadership built around technical work.

03

Network

A small cohort of Baruch students, plus the alumni and industry contacts the Lab builds over time.
